East River Electric Power Cooperative is pleased to host the 37th annual combined Microwave Interconnected Companies / Microwave Users Group and Utilities Technology Council Region 5 Conference. Early registration will be Monday, October 1, 2018 from 2pm to 5pm, and the conference will begin with an optional training session at 3pm on Monday. This event will take place at the Ramkota Hotel & Conference Center, 3200 W Maple St, Sioux Falls, SD 57107.

 

Online registration is now available for utilities, vendors, and UTC staff. Fees for utilities are $175 per person for each of MIC/MUG and UTC Region 5 sessions, and Vendors fees are $200 per person for the combined conference sessions plus $350 for an exhibit booth. Included with all conference registrations is the Tuesday evening social event at Hunters Pointe Shooting Complex and the Wednesday evening social Gaming Night.

 

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Ramkota Hotel & Conference Center. Individual room reservations can

be made by calling (605) 336-0650. Please mention you are with the MIC/MUG/UTC Region 5 Conference. The room rate is $94.99 plus tax per night for a standard room. The block of rooms will be held until September 1, 2018 on a first-come, first-served basis.
