Basin Electric Power Cooperative reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, take any action deemed necessary and appropriate, including withholding meeting registration and/or prohibiting attendance based on any real or perceived conflict of interest, safety concern or unacceptable (disorderly, harassing, offensive) behavior. This may also result in prohibition from registering or attending future Basin Electric Power Cooperative events.
