Eddie Plowden is a Certified Energy Manager, AEE, CKAE and South Carolina Accredited Energy Manager with 40 years of experience in residential and commercial energy programs and is the Director of Marketing and Energy Services at Berkeley Electric Cooperative. Eddie specializes in the design and management of energy solutions, including energy efficiency, distributed energy resources (DER), and new electric technologies and beneficial electrification.

Eddie is adept at conducting residential and commercial energy audits, and rate reviews for members to optimize their energy usage and costs. His expertise includes providing extensive training in residential and commercial energy auditing, developing, and managing commercial and residential rates, and promoting solar PV adoption.

In addition to being active in community and industry circles, he has delivered multiple presentations on key accounts and residential energy auditing at major industry conferences such as Connect, NET, NEXT, and NISC MIC.

Eddie holds a degree in Agricultural Economics from Clemson University and is a certified energy expert with extensive training in both commercial and residential energy auditing and rate design. He also has extensive experience in teaching and research using the NISC MDM system.

Josh is the Energy Services Manager with Capital Electric Cooperative (CEC) in North Dakota.  He holds degrees in Electronic Technology and Operations Management.  He has worked with renewable energy for over 20 years, and currently manages CEC’s geothermal, solar, and Electric Vehicle programs. Josh is a NATE Certified Installer, BPI Building Analyst Professional, an IGSHPAA (International Ground Source Heat Pump Association) Member and certified IGSHPAA Installer.  Josh is also a member of the NRECA REWIRED task force, which is dedicated to streamlining the deployment of EV charging infrastructure.  His expertise in renewable energy and energy efficiency has taken him to projects in Dubai, Alaska, and throughout North Dakota.
