Several hotels in south Bismarck are within walking distance of the Bismarck Event Center. Refer to this Bismarck Hotel page on the Basin Electric website for a listing. Room blocks have been set up at Ramkota Hotel, Radisson Hotel, Expressway Suites, Expressway Inn and Fairfield Inn South. Please mention you are with the Basin Electric Annual Meeting when making your reservation.

I registered and need to cancel, how can I cancel?
Click on this link to sign in to your current registration: https://bepc.swoogo.com/AnnualMeeting2016/sign-in, sign in using your email and password that was used when registering. Once you are signed in, you will have three icons to choose from next to your registrations, view, edit or cancel. Click on the icon as needed.
I am registered and can no longer attend, but would like to send someone in my place. How can I change my registration to their name?
