Spa Guidelines
Please see the guidelines below on How to Spa with us. We aim to provide a fun and relaxing experience and want our guests to enjoy all the benefits and amenities we have to offer so everyone can leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Arrival
Please arrive 15–20 minutes before your appointment to allow time to change into robes and sandals and relax before your service. If you plan to shower or enjoy the amenities beforehand, please arrive earlier.

Intake Forms
Please complete your Intake Form prior to your appointment to help ensure a smooth experience and allow your provider to customize your service. The form is linked to each guest’s appointment confirmation.

What to Wear
Unless you plan to head out afterward, we recommend comfortable, loose clothing. Lockers, robes, sandals, towels, hair dryers, flat/curling irons, and brushes/combs are provided. Please bring a swimsuit if you plan to use the steam room, sauna, or outdoor hot tub.

Amenity Hours
Amenities are open 8:30 AM–4:30 PM (Mon–Sat) and 8:30 AM–3:30 PM (Sun).

Food & Beverage
For the comfort of all guests, outside food and beverages are not permitted. Light refreshments and snacks are provided.

Facial Restrictions
We are unable to perform facials if you have an active cold sore or if you have received Botox, fillers, or injections within seven days of your appointment.

 

Cancellation Policy: A credit card number is required to hold all spa reservations. The spa requires a 48-hour notice on all cancellations. If you need to cancel your appointment less than 48 hours in advance, you will be charged 100% of the service. Same-day cancellations or failing to show up for your appointment results in full charge of the service. Should you arrive late, your service(s) will be modified and end at their originally scheduled time.
