When is Annual Meeting?
Basin Electric's 2025 Annual Meeting is Aug. 12-14.

Where do I find hotel information?
For information on lodging accommodations and shuttle services, visit the Annual Meeting website. Due to limited lodging options, make reservations early.
 
Where do I find an agenda?
The most up-to-date agenda can be found on the Agenda page on the Basin Electric Annual Meeting website.
 
I registered and need to cancel, how can I cancel?
Click on this link to sign in to your current registration: https://bepc.swoogo.com/2025annualmeeting/SignIn, sign in using your email and password that was used when registering. Once you are signed in, you will have three icons to choose from next to your registrations, view, edit or cancel. Click on the icon as needed.
 
I am registered and can no longer attend but would like to send someone in my place. How can I change my registration to their name?
Please see the question above on how to cancel your registration. The replacement will need to register separately.
 
Password questions?
If you've registered for other Basin Electric events in the past couple years, the registration system will automatically recall your information when using the same password you've used for previous registrations.
If you cannot remember your password, you may select the link to "skip this step" as highlighted in the screenshot below and continue with your new registration.
