Federal PAC Notice

BEPAC is the federal political action committee of Basin Electric Power Cooperative (Basin Electric). Contributions to BEPAC are used for political purposes, including supporting candidates and activities that advance the interests of Basin Electric and its member systems. Contributions to BEPAC are voluntary. You have the right to refuse to contribute without reprisal. Participation in this event is voluntary, and no individual will be favored or disadvantaged because of a decision to contribute or not contribute. Any registration fee, sponsorship fee, or other amount designated as a contribution to BEPAC is a political contribution and is not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. Federal law requires BEPAC to use its best efforts to obtain and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of individuals whose contributions exceed applicable federal reporting thresholds.
